Registration and Abstract Submission

The participants will have to first register and then upload abstract.

NOTE: Third year PhD students presenting mandatory posters on 31 March 2020 through Centre for Doctoral Studies (CDS) need not register and submit abstracts online. Hard copy of registration form must be submitted to CDS as informed through mail by CDS.

  • Language: All abstracts must be submitted in English (Paper: A4, Margin: 0.8” all sides, Times New Roman, Font size for Title – 14, Authors -11, Text – 12 with 1.0 spacing. Refer abstract template.
  • Abstract should be submitted according to the template provided. If not abstracts will be rejected.
  • Abstract should not have been published in any journal
  • The abstracts submitted will be scrutinized by the scientific committee and assigned the mode of presentation. (oral/poster)
  • Authors will be notified of acceptance within two weeks from the date of submission and the mode of presentation - oral / poster
  • If an abstract is accepted, the presenting author must attend the MRC and present it in person.
  • Documents should be submitted only in pdf format and the file size should be less than 1 mb .
  • Abstracts must be screened for similarity index. Similarity index less than 15% is acceptable.
